great stay with funny staff
I had a king room that was super clean and spacious. The restaurant was a nice surprise! I didn't do breakfast, but dinner was delicious and the staff were really funny and friendly. Only thing was the shower could've been a lil better. Overall, I had a really good experience.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Radisson in Colorado Springs for one night. The check-in process went smoothly, and the staff were really welcoming right from the start. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable—definitely a great setup for relaxing after a long day. The indoor pool was a hit, especially for the kids, and we all enjoyed the buffet breakfast the next morning. It had a lot of options, from fresh fruits to pancakes and eggs, which everyone appreciated. However, I did notice the hot tub was out of service during my stay, which was a bummer since we were looking forward to using it. Also, I wished there was more seating in the common areas. it could get a bit crowded during busy times. But those were just small hiccups in an otherwise enjoyable visit.

We explored thrilling zip lines in Manitou Springs and enjoyed exciting Jeep tours at Adventures Out West. The staff was welcoming, the rooms were clean, and the beds were super comfy. Perfect spot for a fun getaway!
Unfortunately, there was a persistent rattle in the air duct, and although I reported it, no follow-up was made. This left me disappointed in the service.

Good stay, but watch out for noisy events
My family enjoyed our two-night stay in a spacious room. However, we were disturbed by a loud cosplay party, which could use better notice for guests. On a bright note, don't miss the onsite restaurant—delicious meals in a quirky atmosphere! Tip, ask about events during check-in.

The room was pretty standard, clean and decent for a quick stay. Not super luxurious, but the beds were comfy enough for a good night's sleep. Basic amenities like a fridge and microwave are a plus. Nothing too fancy, but it served its purpose well.

Those pancakes at breakfast? Straight-up heavenly! Plus, the indoor pool was a sweet escape for the kiddos, and the vibe at the evening bistro? Just right for unwinding after a busy day exploring Colorado Springs.
Now, the front desk could use a little pep talk—gave some fuzzy directions to our room. And, talking about service, we hit up the bistro only to find it closed way before the listed hours. Just a hiccup in an otherwise stellar stay!
